 Present Position: Deputy Conservation Manager, Oregon Zoo. Visiting Professor, Portland State University.
Former Positions: Conservation Program Scientist, Oregon Zoo 2005. Research Fellow, Zoological Society of London 1991. Independent Wildlife Biologist, Sussex, UK 1986.
TWS Activities: Member since 2008; presenter at annual meetings, TWS annual conference tour organizer/volunteer (2012). Co-Organizer ORTWS Lead and Wildlife Workshop (2013).
Interests: Professional – T&E Species recovery with a focus on translocation and reintroduction, lead and wildlife, habitat restoration and monitoring, citizen science (e.g. Cascades Pika Watch) Personal – Travel, wildlife watching, backpacking, ski mountaineering, Mtn. biking, canoeing – and most other back country activities!
