The Karuk Tribe is hiring a Wildlife Biologist based out of Orleans, California; this is a regular, full-time exempt position. The position will be supporting a project to look at elk populations, movement, and habitat use in the Marble Mountains. Tasks are related to wildlife monitoring and data management, as well as supervises wildlife technical field staff. The Wildlife Division Biologist will be responsible for the coordinating the implementation of wildlife field investigations, data collection/management, and continual development of the Wildlife Program.
