Member in good standing of the Ecological Society of America in the following sections: Inclusive Ecology, Western Chapter, Education Section, Traditional Ecological Knowledge Section, Human Ecology, and Environmental Justice Section; and several Working Groups of The Wildlife Society, and The American Association for the Advancement of Science.

TWS Activities:  Member of the Biological Diversity Working Group; Climate Change & Wildlife Working Group (Board Member); Native Peoples Wildlife Management Working Group (Board Member); Ethnic and Gender Diversity Working Group; Human Dimensions Working Group; and Wildlife Disease Management Working Group.
