ODFW is looking for a Biological Science Assistant (Wildlife Check-In / District Assistant) in Corvallis, Oregon, who will provide technical support for the district’s wildlife check-in program by verifying license, tag, and permit information, collecting biological samples, and summarizing and tabulating data necessary for monitoring compliance of take. The secondary purpose of this position is to support other District functions (e.g., population monitoring through spotlighting or trail cameras, addressing human-wildlife conflict, entering and summarizing survey data) utilizing other funds.
