Biographical Sketch: Hello everyone! I’ve been with Oregon TWS since 2017 and currently wear a couple of hats: I’m the liaison for the Oregon Society of American Foresters and lead the Student/Early Career Professional Affairs Committee for this Chapter. Outside of ORTWS, I’m a wildlife biologist with somewhat of a focus in forestry. I enjoy helping organizations and agencies in Oregon put research, restoration activities, and best management practices into action. If you were to ask me about my favorite native species, I’d enthusiastically say the North American river otter!  I have a special fondness for all weasels as well as our native forest associates. If you haven’t heard of a fisher, take a moment to look up a photo. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m based in Eugene and always enjoy connecting with local experts, students, and fellow members. So, if you’re interested in chatting, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to hear from you.
