Biographical Sketch: Hi all – I’m excited to be here again! It’s been about ten years since my previous time serving on the board (board member to VP to President) and I’m looking forward to where this chapter will go in the next ten years. This chapter has consistently experienced growth in membership, and we owe it to our members to ensure we are meeting their professional needs. I think it’s a good time to start challenging ourselves to find new ways to support and motivate our diverse membership.
A little bit about me – except for a short stint with Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife, I’ve spent the past 20 years working as a wildlife biologist in the forest products sector. In my current role, I lead our team of wildlife biologists in providing technical support to our land managers across North America. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible vacationing, enjoying the outdoors, watching baseball/softball, gardening, and being present with my family.
